This zip file also includes a lisp file that lets you create and edit your own hatches. All of these hatch patterns are different from the patterns mentioned in Patterns.zip.Cad Corner specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

Now when opening an existing drawing the hatches from my walls have disappeared. This value can range from 100 to 10,000,000, and represents the maximum number of lines that will be generated in a hatch operation. This is set in the registry, not saved in the drawing, so if the initial default value is less in 2018 than it was set to in your previous version, hatches that showed in the previous version may not show in 2018. You can set a higher value in 2018 if you need to see hatches with more lines (up to the maximum of ten million). Substitute a number from 100 to 10000000, inclusive, for nnnn.). Sorry, I put my Hpmaxlines on 10.000.000 with still no result. Again: in Acad 2011 the walls have their hatches, in 2018 theyre gone (except for the solid hatches). Are you saying other hatches exist on the siteplan itself They appear to be custom hatches, do you still have those custom PAT files to be able to redefine. I did not get a Recovery dialog, but when I ran the AUDIT command, it did fix 109 errors and erase one object. In looking at the Wall Styles of the Walls in the file, the display components seem to be driven by the assigned materials. Unfortunately, I do not have any of the referenced hatch definitions on my computer, which may be contributing to the lack of displayed hatches - if these are custom hatch pattern definitions (and not something that comes out-of-the-box with your localized content), have you made those same hatch pattern definitions available to your AutoCAD Architecture 2018 installation. At first, I thought it might be an annotative thing, as the ability to make Wall component hatch annotative was added in 2013, but older styles simply default to non-annotative (as they should), so that was not the issue. I made copies of the three Walls, copied and assigned the Wall Styles and copied and assigned the Material Definitions. In the Material Definitions, I changed the pattern assigned to the Plan Hatch component to one that is on my computer, and the Walls all displayed hatches. The way in which these patterns are defined will determine the action you must take. If they are included in a customized version of acadiso.pat in the 2011 release, then you need to add those customizations to your 2018 version of acadiso.pat. If they are defined in separate, one hatch per file, pattern files, then you need to add that folder to your 2018 AutoCAD Support File Search Path, copy them to a folder already on your 2018 AutoCAD Support File Search Path or copy them to another folder and add that folder to your 2018 AutoCAD Support File Search Path. The latter may make sense if the folder to which you copy them is associated with other 2018 source files and you want to make certain that if 2011 is eventually unistalled and its support files are deleted, that you do not lose them.). That must be it. Where do I find these custom hatches in my old installation (in which directory) And next, where do I put them or where does Acad look for them. That should return the path where AutoCAD is finding that file. PAT files are plain text files, so you can open the file in a plain text editor, like Notepad, and then search for the names of the hatch patterns. If they are not found there, then they must be in a folder that is in your Support File Search Path. Open the Options dialog and, on the Files tab, expand the Support File Search Path node to see the folders that are included in the search path. The PAT files for your Wall hatch patterns could be in any one of those folders (or, for that matter, in more than one of them).
